“Jose Estrada proved to be an excellent Nissan representative in the service department. He always maintained a positive and caring attitude, striving to provide the best solution for my car's needs. I simply shared my concerns about my car's performance, and he handled everything, passing the details of my car issues presented directly to Nissan. His exceptional support and dedication to keep me informed, regarding progress and procedures performed to try to duplicate the issues my car was having, were invaluable. His constant communication regarding progress of these issues made me feel supported and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. I live a considerable miles away from Surf City Nissan, and even though I have Nissan dealer a couple blocks from home, I always love to take my car with them, because the good attention, kindness, and excellent service they provide make me feel that it's always worth. They make you feel among family. Besides the fact that I still need to keep an eye on unresolved issues by Nissan Techs, Jose's work exceeded all expectations. Thank you So Much Jose! For Everything. “friendly staff. but thats about it. they will say whatever to get you in there. make promises . and not actually help . a total of 9 hours between the two trips to the dealership . wasted. i went once when they said they could give me a car. and they didn't. months later. told to come in again and its different and they can 100% help me out. lies again.”

“Daniela was excellent in helping us get a new vehicle and working with our credit situation. She made the process the least stressful . I have horrible anxiety and she and the staff really made me feel at ease during this purchase. I left feeling satisfied with the deal they got me . “I am giving 3 stars only because of Karla, who was professional, empathetic, and actually resolved the issue. Otherwise, this would be 1 star. I finalized my purchase very late Wednesday night (technically Thursday around 12:30 a.m.). Saleswoman Daniela clearly promised me a full gas tank and a car wash. I returned the next day to complete the remaining $1,400 of my $2,500 down payment, as instructed, and again Daniela reassured me I would receive the gas. Important detail: I turned in my old car with a FULL gas tank, trusting their word. When I returned, Daniela was busy with another family. Karla kindly stepped in to help me. After waiting over TWO HOURS, I was finally given my keys. The car was washed — but the gas tank was practically empty. I had already waited two hours, was exhausted after work, and still had to go back inside to address this. At that point, a manager spoke to me in a visibly annoyed tone and told me: • Because the car was “used,” they “don’t put gas” • That it was “not their fault” since I didn’t take a picture of the gas level • And that they “couldn’t promise anything,” despite Daniela promising multiple times That response was frustrating and unprofessional. Why would I take pictures when I trusted what I was told? Thankfully, Karla went out of her way to help. She came back upset on my behalf, gave me the keys, walked me to my car, and told me she had put gas in it. She was kind, respectful, and acknowledged how tired I was. In the end, the tank was filled to about ¾, not full — but at least she made an effort. Karla deserves recognition. Management and Daniela need to understand that keeping promises matters, especially when customers are exhausted and acting in good faith.”
