“I bought my first car at this dealership, and from beginning to end, I received really great service. John did a great job answering all of my first-time buyer questions, and he is very, very good at what he does. He is the kind of car salesman everyone hopes for when buying their first car. Shoutout to John!”

“UPDATE: We ultimately purchased our truck from McPeek’s CDJR of Anaheim, and the difference was night and day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The entire purchase was completed in less than an hour. Everything we were promised was honored exactly as discussed—no surprises, no unnecessary add-ons, and no last-minute changes. The staff was honest, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency and keeps its word, go to McPeek’s CDJR of Anaheim. They completely restored our faith that buying a vehicle can actually be a positive experience. A Complete Nightmare From Beginning to End This has been, without question, the worst car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our experience began with Mohammad (Dana), who initially quoted us approximately $58,600 out the door for a Ram 1500. When we reviewed the numbers, we discovered that nearly $7,000 in aftermarket add-ons had been included, even though we had clearly stated from the very beginning that we did not want any dealer add-ons or accessories. Because of that, we decided to purchase our truck from another dealership that was offering a much better price. After I posted a review describing our experience, Chase contacted us and apologized. He assured us that the dealership would remove the unnecessary aftermarket charges and honor an out-the-door price of $54,883. Since Huntington Beach Chrysler is much closer to our home, we decided to give them another chance. We trusted their word, removed our review in good faith, obtained a cashier’s check, and committed to buying from them. That turned out to be a huge mistake. We were told to come to the dealership because our truck was ready for delivery. After making the trip, we discovered that the truck had visible damage on the rear of the vehicle. Instead of delivering the new truck we had agreed to purchase, we were then shown another truck that was in even worse condition than the first one. We refused to accept a damaged brand-new vehicle. We were then told another truck would be arriving and asked to wait. From that point forward, communication completely fell apart. Calls were not returned. Text messages went unanswered. We repeatedly had to follow up just to receive basic updates. We were told someone would get back to us regarding a white truck, but once again, no one followed through. This morning I even called General Manager Mike Herrington and left a detailed voicemail explaining everything that had happened and asking for a return call. I never received one. By this point, we had already arranged financing, purchased a cashier’s check, rearranged our schedules, made multiple trips to the dealership, and spent days waiting for updates that never came—all because we trusted the promises we were given. Fortunately, another dealership treated us with honesty, professionalism, and respect. They gave us a straightforward price, honored our trade-in value, communicated with us throughout the process, and made the buying experience exactly how it should be. This was not just a disappointing car-buying experience—it was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. The lack of transparency, accountability, follow-through, and basic respect for a customer’s time was unbelievable. We gave this dealership a second chance in good faith after Chase promised to make things right, and instead the experience only became more frustrating. I would NEVER recommend Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. If you value honesty, transparency, and your time, I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I’ve had my vehicle for about three years now, and over time I’ve started noticing more and more issues that were never disclosed at the time of purchase. I’ve noticed visible paint defects on my vehicle. A paint shop informed me that there were signs of prior bumper repairs before I purchased the vehicle, which I was unaware of. Additionally, a year into having the vehicle I noticed that the wireless charging feature doesn’t work at all., and I later discovered the car was sold with a refurbished battery without my knowledge. I reached out directly to address these concerns, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the situation was extremely frustrating. This experience has shown a serious lack of transparency and customer care. I would strongly caution others do not buy vehicles from here if you’re expecting honesty or quality service.”

“I recently purchased my dream car — a 2021 Jeep Wrangler— and Luis Aguirre was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to all my wants and needs, and he was extremely patient with us. I have a medically fragile special-needs child, and Luis went above and beyond to make sure we found a vehicle that would work perfectly for both me and my family. He was professional, kind, and patient, and he made sure the car had all the bells and whistles we needed. He also worked very hard with the manager to get us the best possible price and to make everything work within our family’s needs. I will definitely be recommending Luis and Huntington Beach Chrysler Jeep to my friends and family!”
