“I brought my car to Keffer Mazda for regular maintenance, which included an oil change. I was informed by the service department that the oil was good for 5,000 miles. After driving only 3,000 miles, a "low engine oil" warning light appeared on my dashboard. I took the vehicle to a different service center to check for potential leaks, and they confirmed that there is no oil leak. After contacting Keffer Mazda regarding the issue, it is clear that the oil change was not performed to the correct specifications or the oil level was not properly filled during the initial appointment which was on Jan 05, 2026”
