Andy, the Service Manager, and his team diagnosed the problem quickly and, more importantly, went above and beyond to help sort it out. Andy even offered to use the allotted monthly funds to help pitch in on the repair and to assist with getting/ replacing the engine. A loaner car was provided for the duration that the car was in the dealership and he called to let us know of any updates during that time. The level of professionalism throughout the process was exceptional, and I am very pleased with the service I received. “Wow wow wow, even before we came to the dealership Miguel sent several detailed videos of the car to make sure there were no surprises when we got there. Once we arrived we checked out the vehicle and had a couple questions about the drive and Miguel promptly brought out a service tech to discuss- great initiative!! Service tech was honest and to the point. During the car buying process we had a very tight time constraint, and they were able to accommodate, working in parallel in different departments to get our paperwork signed, processed, and car detailed. The discussion on price with Miguel and the sales manager Hess was simple and painless and we walked away very happy with the deal. There were no hidden fees and they did not waste our time with hours of back and forth. Yeni in Finance was also great, detailed and quick, answering all my questions while processing paperwork. Each person we interacted with was professional, efficient, and had a high level of customer service. We will definitely come here for future car purchases and recommend to other family and friends. “It was a nice & good feeling purchasing my brand new 2026 Lincoln Corsair at West Point Lincoln Sugar Land. We have been driving Japanese cars & Germany cars for a long time. Now, we are paying attention toward American brands such as Ford & Lincoln. We have been comparing Lincoln Corsair with Lexus NX & RX. At the end, Lincoln Corsair won our selection on vehicle styles, exterior colors (new color Crystal White) together with Light Smoke Truffle interior. Also the dashboard looks great and clean. Digital display of odometer & infos, together with a clean nice 13inch tablet for climate & radio control. It looks very symmetrical, nice. The ride is smooth, good acceleration. I think the most item winning Lexus nx is the style/colors and pricing. I admitted we did hesitated little bit, by comparing track records for reliability between these 2 brands. But we have to give Lincoln Brand a chance. Overall the purchasing experience @West Point Lincoln Sugar Land was excellent. Everything from dealing car's pricing to negotiate my trade-in to paper work @finance office. Everything was smooth. It was just a long day there to handle all in one day. I do recommend this dealership. It's smaller facility (comparing to huge Toyota & Lexus dealerships), so don't expect nice treats @waiting room here (no expresso coffee). Also, fill up gas full is done @local gas station (paid by Lincoln). But due to its smaller physical size, I understand these. At the end you still have them, just not in the luxury offering in larger dealership. At the delivery time of new car, I was treated really special with a quick video clip of congratulations with a glass of non-alcoholic drink, and a large red 🎀 bowl on the new car, to take pictures to send to friends & relatives We love our Lincoln Corsair so far & the purchasing experience.”
