I had a very stressful experience with my salesperson, Emmanuel. He was friendly and helpful at the beginning of the process, but his attitude and demeanor noticeably changed when I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my vehicle. He spoke down to me and questioned why I had not disclosed that earlier. When I explained that he had never asked, he made me feel as though the trade-in was an inconvenience. He repeatedly emphasized that it would delay the process because the vehicle would need to be appraised. I don’t understand why he acted this way. Look at the cameras…You’ll see him throwing his hands in the air. When I asked for vehicle specifications, he stated that he was unable to print them from his computer and suggested that I look them up online myself. Later, when he was able to print documents, he repeatedly asked me to initial a page without giving me the opportunity to review the full document. He stated that this was necessary if I was serious about purchasing the vehicle and told me that if I did not move forward quickly, he could sell the vehicle to someone else because 15 other customers had already expressed interest in the same model. No one feel pressured to initial anything they do not understand, especially without seeing the the full document. I met with the sales director to finalize the paperwork and then proceeded to meet with Finance. Afterwards, additional issues arose with the salesperson. He kept the owner’s manual instead of leaving it with me so I had to go back and forth to find him and then he attempted to install the license plate by drilling into the vehicle without using the proper mounting bracket. He then tried to reuse the bracket from my previous vehicle even though it did not fit the new one. When I asked whether he could use a bracket from another vehicle on the lot, he refused and stated that it was against dealership policy. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated, pressured, and overwhelmed during what should have been an exciting purchase. At one point, I was shaking and nearly brought to tears because of the stress. No customer should feel that level of stress while purchasing a vehicle. I do want to recognize the finance representative for providing an excellent experience. He was calm, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He offered reassurance throughout the financing process and helped make a difficult experience much more manageable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and customer service. If not for him, I would rate this dealership 1 star.

By pure happenstance, I was lucky enough to find my way to this incredible team. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Anthony Sarpong was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond (even working with me on two separate occasions) to make sure everything felt right. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported. Sunday Mabunmi's kindness and generosity really set the tone. You can tell this is a place that values people, not just transactions, and that made all the difference. And Jessica Perez in finance was an absolute joy to work with...so warm, helpful, and personable. She made what can often feel overwhelming, feel easy and seamless. I’m beyond thankful for the care and professionalism from everyone involved. Highly recommend!

Derek was SUPER helpful and amazing to buy from! My husband and I went in with our budget, and what we were looking for and he helped us test drive and never pushed us for anything we didn’t want. He even understood our financial budget and Jessica helped with cost/down payment as well. We left & came back the same day after talking things over and he was right there ready to help us as before with exactly what we needed. 10/10 great service with him and highly suggest his care!

Amir provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to find the right car for me and made the entire process smooth and easy. I also want to give Nicholas in Finance a special thanks for helping us out as well. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them.
