“I purchased a vehicle here in December and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I completed everything online ahead of time since I live three hours away, paid a reservation fee, and confirmed my arrival—yet when I got there, nothing was ready. I was even passed off to a different salesperson. While he was courteous, the lack of preparation was frustrating. The paperwork wasn’t done, and the vehicle hadn’t been detailed. When the car was finally detailed, the job was poor enough that I had to pay out of pocket for a professional detailing the following week. Despite being sold as L/Certified, the vehicle needed brake and rotor work along with road force balancing within just two days. The dealership reimbursed the cost, but it raises serious concerns about their certification process. At my first oil change, I was told the system hadn’t been updated to reflect the L/Certified status, so I almost couldn’t use the included complimentary service. To make matters worse, a GPS TRACKER was found on the vehicle!! Overall, this experience left me questioning the dealership’s professionalism and attention to detail. I would not recommend purchasing from here without thoroughly double-checking everything.”

“Friendly service and sale staff. Check their service specials, always surprise. Very busy place for services, be prepared for long wait time for service. However, there are plenty comfortable seats, desks and quiet area for doing your own things. There is hot breakfast in some early Saturday mornings when you have service there. Nice😀”

He is a very, very good salesperson who patiently and carefully answers all your questions and considers them from the customer's perspective. The cars bought with his help went smoothly, and the cost-effectiveness was also very good. A highly recommended salesperson. Whether it's leasing or buying a car, or repairing and maintaining it, he is very responsible in helping you. He is very different from other salespeople. He doesn't just end up selling cars to you.
