“Kathy Nguyen helped us with our new 2026 Honda Pilot purchase. We were looking for a very specific color and interior in the Elite trim and John Eagle had the only one we could find in Houston. We called ahead and Kathy had the car ready for us when we arrived with only 12 miles on it. She was very friendly and made the sales process mostly easy for this being a car dealer. The dealer added some packages before we got there that I wasn’t expecting that increased the price quite a bit but Kathy took her time to explain these to us and worked with us to agree on a drive out price we were comfortable with. Financing was mostly easy although expect the usual upsell here as with any dealer. We added the HondaCare warranty and windshield protection which made sense considering we plan on keeping this car for at least 10 years. We’re very happy with our new Pilot and are continuously finding new features we did not know about. I feel confident that this will be a comfortable, safe and reliable car for my wife to drive for a long time.”
