He took care of me and my wife very well! Javi was also a pleasure in the finance department! No haggling or pressure and process was smooth!”

“I enjoyed purchasing a CX-5 from Jeff Haas Mazda. The online inventory was accurate, making it easy to find the vehicle we were interested in. They offered a highly competitive price in response to my online inquiry on the car and the price I paid was the drive out price they quoted. Car buying is never easy, but this was about as easy as I’ve ever experienced. And the dealership is really nice once you get there in person. I had to drive across town to get there, but it was worth the commute. My salesperson, Juana was very nice and patiently showed my daughters all of the car’s driving and safety features. She even helped them set up the Mazda app on their phones to ensure they had full functionality on drive out. If I’m in the market for a Mazda again, I’m definitely checking Jeff Haas first.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Jeff Haas Mazda when we bought a 2025 CX5 last month. Everything was seamless without any hidden fees. The most important thing was we felt really comfortable. Special shoutout to three people who dealt with us: Charles Silmon, Younghi Song, and Marcel Diaz. Charles was very welcoming, knowledgeable, talked at length about our questions about the car, was not pushy, and did not sugarcoat things about models and trims. Younghi is amazing. After the sale was finalized, she went above and beyond in explaining the tech to us, left no stones unturned, while multitasking to set up our app. She was so honest and told us what to buy from them and what is okay to get from aftermarket. Plus, she takes cool pictures. Marcel did not waste our time, gave us a good deal, and was very respectful. Overall, we are very happy, both with the car and the experience with the Jeff Haas team. “We had a great Experience! Charles was our salesman, and he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and really cared about our needs. The female sales manager (CANDIS MAY) was the most TOXIC person I’ve met in a long time. Don’t work with her, if you can help it, all she cares about is herself, money and power. I worked with the General Manager (Mr.TODD CRABTREE), he was fantastic and work with us and got us the fair deal we came in for. The rest of the staff was great, helpful and very professional.”

“My son is current active duty and will be home soon and got pre approved with his credit union. Found a used 2024 Mazda 3 online that he liked. We test drove it and loved it. Salesman said “do you like car, if so, good, if price is high and you decide that, well that’s your choice” He was not rude and was friendly, just to the point which I don’t mind at all. Well it was clear, they would not haggle any on the price. Cool, we were still interested. Then he told us no outside financing even if pre approved. Spoke with manager who was very friendly but said no outside financing, and didn’t offer any other solutions accept apply for the car in our name and son could refinance later. Once again, to the point, and basically said, it’s Jeff Haas way or the highway. We went down the road to Joe Meyer Mazda, they did accept outside financing, however they asked a chance to use their banks to get a better interest rate for my son to make a deal on a car that we liked. My son agreed, did another credit application from Camp Lejeune North Carolina. Bam!!! Approved for a better deal and Meyers Mazda gave a discount for Military. Ended up doing a deal for a 2026 Mazda 3!! We put the deposit for my son. He will be here in two weeks to sign the paperwork and bring home his new car!!!!”
