“May 22, 2026 I took my vehicle here to get serviced. Harry Behringer was my service advisor. I highly recommend you choose another advisor because his customer service sucks. If I could, I would give him a negative five stars. I told him exactly what was wrong with my vehicle he gave me a price and told me it will take two days. THE LIES HE TELLS!!! First of all, he didn't keep me updated nor called me back when he said he would. I had to keep calling and all he did was prolong the process. He never calls you back when he says he will. Two days turned into a week plus. Long story short, refuse service from this guy. Fast forward to May 29, 2026 I spoke with Parts Director Brian Pierce. His customer service was excellent. What I received from him is that he truly cares about the customers service. He kept me updated and made sure my vehicle was ready when he told me it would be. Mr. Brian Pierce gets five stars from me. Can't leave out Wayne and Sy'quoia Spikes. Their customer service was great. Ms. Spikes took care of all the paperwork and got me in and out smoothly. Five stars for her as well.”
