“Getting into a car was easy but customer service afterwards is the worst. They constantly threaten you to turn off the car. And last night I had to experience them trying to repo my truck unlawfully due to someone named Vivian saying that I told her I would tamper with the gps. Meanwhile, I am current with my payments but yet being threatened and lied on. This company is just a rip off to steal your money and harass you. Meanwhile the person who referred me never got their referral fee money and they lie and say if you pay on time for a certain amount of months you will received a $250 gift card which is not true. So if you ask me they make it easy for you to get in a car and hard for you to actually keep it and pay it off. They are very rude and disrespectful, and very dishonest. I should’ve read the reviews and listened before purchasing a vehicle from these people. Worst experience ever dealing with them. Even with making the payments you aren’t safe to have your vehicle in peace. So take my advice and run far away. They are not here to help you build credit only here to help you ruin your credit even more. And then when the police told the tow truck to let my car down, the tow truck guy said he would report my car stolen. How can you report my car stolen when the car is in my name and my payments are current?? Be aware!! They will find a way to make you pay them more money and make your life difficult.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Durrett Motor Company has been one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu and began experiencing problems almost immediately. Within days, the vehicle overheated, and over the next several months I dealt with repeated ESC warnings, engine issues, multiple repair attempts, and periods where the vehicle was not drivable. Eventually, the vehicle became completely inoperable. The most disappointing part has been the lack of accountability and communication. Every department seemed to point fingers at someone else, and I found myself having to constantly follow up, repeat information, and fight for updates. I felt like no one was truly taking ownership of the situation. I have spent more time dealing with repairs, emails, phone calls, and uncertainty than actually enjoying the vehicle I purchased. Based on information I later obtained from Chevrolet and the vehicle history, I have serious concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle before I purchased it. When I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere itself was concerning. It was clear that I was not the only customer frustrated with unresolved issues. I understand that mechanical problems can happen with any vehicle. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they handle customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Durrett Motor Company based on my experience. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, do your homework, obtain a pre-purchase inspection, and make sure you’re comfortable with the risk before signing anything.”

“WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! This dealership will cut our car off on the first day if you do not pay them. I went and purchased this car, and I they RUSHED me through the process of signing my documents due to it was about to close. MY FAULT I was going off what the people here told me. (Sales Person and Finance Mgr.) Not to worry they would work with me I needed a Grace period and that my credit would not be pulled etc. I signed the contract and docs, never less this was all a lie. The account mgr. is RUDE !! All dealerships give a grace period. I did not even know they put a cutoff switch on the car until after I gave my down payment of $2K and they Account mgr. called and " Informed me if I did not bring the car in to put this device on the car they would repo the car" NEVER INFORMED BEFORE I SIGNED. My credit was good enough to go to regular dealership and get the same kind of car with less monthly payment. This is such a ripoff and people work hard for their money. NOT JUST TO BE TOLD ANYTHING!!! to get a car sale.. NOT TO MENTION !!! We was told refer people and if we referred 6 people our car would be paid off.. AFTER my husband referred 4 people they informed us they no longer doing this deal NO MORE... This whole dealership is Deceptive Trade Practices and I am definitely seek legal attention... WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! A BUNCH OF LIARS HERE!!! Sales Person does not even answer the phone once we got the cars!!!! a bunch of lies to get you to buy!!! DONT CARE ABOUT HARDWORKING PEOPLE AT ALL!!! BEWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM HERE. Not to mention Husbands car still not fixed. Was in the shop for a whole week cause it was something wrong with gas line and engine light still on... Been there twice and not fixed.... Alot of people has had same experience.......I spoke with the Account Mgr. Kathryn and she basically stated your problem NOT mines... Just because I asked for a Grace period of a couple of days to pay car note. I mean this what people put their hard earned money down is to have a way to work to pay car not... NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT BEFORE!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!SMH.. Take advantage of people and tell them anything to sell a car....SAD!”

“100% highly recommend DurrettMotor …Very pleased with their service…Customer service was a plus and all the way up to the payment plan…Answered prayer…They had me in and out… Ms Katerine(Katt) knew what she was doing …Played no games and made sure I was satisfied and showed me she was for the win …Very pleased and would do business with them all over again. My experience was excellent”
