“I’ve had a lot of terrible experiences with dealerships, but this was by far the worst experience ever. Mickey lied to me from the time he called my phone and told me that he was almost there to the second time he called me and told me he had to stop for gas and he was almost there. I waited over an hour for him to arrive. He kept me there for five hours and each time he came back to his cubicle he told me that “they “were almost done. They were wrapping it up. They were almost finished. I made it very clear. I had a trade-in and an additional $500 cash. It does not take a rocket science to know within the first 5 to 10 minutes after running the first credit qualification, if you’re able to work a deal or not, I expressed to him that I was an individual provider of two children, and he led me on to believe that he could do a job that he knew for a fact, he could not do. I was very clear when I said I did not have any additional money nor did I have a cosigner instead he then lied to me and told me instead of getting me in one car he can do a two for one deal with both trade-ins for myself and my sister. Only to come to the realization that he only collected her information to go against my will and use her as a cosigner without my permission or my consent just to get me approved after lying and told me that I was already approved!! The entire thing was an absolute lie. Instead, he used her information secretly as a cosigner for myself lied to me and told me that we could be each other‘s cosigners for two brand new 2026 Chevy Trax RS’s and five hours later he came back only to tell me he could not get us approved. She was not getting a car and he showed me two other cars that I could get approved on on my own. I test drove one when I returned to the lot. He told me then I would need to use my sister as a cosigner in order for me to get one of the last options that he showed me he let me on and lied to me every step of the way and I do not appreciate no respect his business. I wasted an ample amount of time and got absolutely nowhere but taking advantage of when it came down to my credit and my sister‘s credit and manipulated him into believing that he could do what it takes to put me in something I was only there because I was recommended by someone else that he put them in something with the same and similar situation. I do not respect him as a man because he’s a liar. All he had to do was tell me within the first 10 minutes that he was not able to make the deal and I would have left. I was in the middle of back to school shopping. He wasted my entire day and did not take any type of accountability for what it was that he did in the end. Try to argue with me and tell me that that’s not what he was telling me the entire time when I was in fact on the phone with multiple people and they heard him including the person that referred me to him I am very dissatisfied with my visit. I will never ever recommend this specific dealership or this salesman to anyone.”
