“Sold our 2025 Ram 1500 to Carmax & had the best experience after Stephanie began to help us. We came on a Saturday & it was fairly busy, however she got us in & out while providing great customer service. Would definitely recommend!”

“Frustating Experience when purchasing car. Dealer delayed processing purchase order for 6 months. Refused to take ownership of their errors and refused to proactively solve issues.
If you are buying for this location be prepared for reps who dont know what they are doing and multi-month delays in completing the purchase process.
My wife and I bought a car from this location in June 2025. The dealer didnt process the paperwork correctly and the bank asked for them to correct the purchase order. The dealer did a return repurchase process, the process seemed excessive for fixing clerical error on their part. The dealer didnot process the bank check properly causing the loan to be paid early. The dealer was not receptive in solving the issue until Dec. In Dec 2025 the dealer rep called bank to complete the payment process. We had to work with our bank to apply for a second vehicle loan for the same vehicle. The dealer rep was not knowledegable and didnt seek help when he was unsure about the process with external financing.”

“From the moment we walked into CarMax, Naim treated us with patience, kindness, and genuine care. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation, being told the vehicle we initially purchased could not actually be sold, was handled with professionalism and grace.
Naim never once made us feel like just another transaction. He stayed calm, approachable, and fully committed to helping us navigate every step of the process. He answered all our questions, kept us informed, and worked hard to make sure we left feeling confident in our decision.
Even though we didn’t drive away in the car we originally came for, we did leave with a vehicle we’re happy with — and that’s because Naim truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I accepted their offer for my car, and we moved forward with the process. After waiting almost three hours, at the very last moment they suddenly claimed my payoff amount was higher—even though I showed them proof directly from my finance company’s website showing my correct balance.
They told me they were not using the finance company’s official payoff and instead relied on numbers generated by their own internal system.
Because they changed the numbers at the end, I decided not to proceed with the deal.
Even worse, before the transaction was completed and without my authorization, they deactivated my license plates. When I asked for my keys back and told them I was no longer selling the vehicle, they instructed me to go to the county office to reactivate the plates.
At the county office I was told this could take up to four business days. As a result, I cannot legally drive my own car due to their actions.
This was extremely stressful and disruptive. It makes me wonder how many people—especially those who urgently need cash—might feel pressured to move forward without fully understanding the payoff details.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and make sure all figures and paperwork are finalized before any plate or registration changes are made.”

“I went in without an appointment and within about 45 minutes, I had an offer for the car I was considering selling. My only feedback for improvement would be that when they are done with whatever they need to do to make you an offer on your car, they never mention where they wound up parking your car so it's a little bit of a mystery once you get outside to find where your car is. The place itself is really nice and clean with a lot of seating.”
