“UPDATE: contrary to the response from this business, they are no longer actively working with me to address the issue. Think twice before signing. Will not buy from carmax ever again. We had issues with our car since we brought it home, took the car back, they beat around the bush to avoid paying for repairs until the warranty period runs out. Tried escalating this to Customer Relations, but that did not yield any results again. I bought 2 cars from them over the course of 6 months, you won't see me anywhere near this place again.”

“These people is full of crap! I went with my sister to this location and after she already had provided everything the lender wanted. They (at Carmax at the Cyfair location) still took it upon themselves to keep asking her for more stuff to show proof of income! One of the workers (an African American "guy") even tried to "degrade" her in a sense because she use cashapp along with other profitable sources to generate wealth! I call it an invasion of privacy at this location! She left without getting a vehicle at all because of the hassle they took her through after all! My Sister is/was more than QUALIFIED for the vehicle that she pursued to finance. The "associate" name was Dylan (who were supposed to be assisting her) and the African American "guy" who sits across from Dylan is the "guy" who sought to "degrade" her. Ridiculous! I don't recommend this location to anyone at all! Some of these reviews are fake I'm sure cause unprofessionalism and coldhearted is what I gathered by their own actions! I don't recommend!”

“This process was much easier than I could have ever expected. I was selling my car and their online estimate your vehicle service was easy to use and when I arrived at the car lot it was easy to process the sale. Thank you to all the people involved in this process especially Ariana, I hope I got her name correct, probably not. Please charge it to my brain and not my heart. I would recommend anyone sell their car with CarMax as they gave me the best offer. So long to my beautiful blue convertible. We had a great run. 👋🏾👋🏾🥲”

Britt was my salesman and he was able to get me a car with low miles transferred over from Austin,Tx.
