“This process was much easier than I could have ever expected. I was selling my car and their online estimate your vehicle service was easy to use and when I arrived at the car lot it was easy to process the sale.
Thank you to all the people involved in this process especially Ariana, I hope I got her name correct, probably not. Please charge it to my brain and not my heart.
I would recommend anyone sell their car with CarMax as they gave me the best offer.

“John Hunter, Darvin, Mike and Jason (managers) were absolutely incredible to work with! There were some hiccups along the way. I had ordered my vehicle from out of state, and that’s where the issues occurred. However, this team was attentive and responsive! “The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered me many options and I appreciate all of their help! Britt was my salesman and he was able to get me a car with low miles transferred over from Austin,Tx. It only took a few days for the vehicle to arrive and we got most of the hard work done online so I spent very little time in the dealership 😊”
