“Had an awesome experience with Michael Russo today at BMW of Houston North. Such a breath of fresh air after a not so great experience at a different (unaffiliated) dealership in Katy. I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle and found a gorgeous 2018 LEXUS RX350, at a different AutoNation dealership across town. My husband reached out to Michael to see if it was possible to get this particular vehicle over to his location, so we didn’t have to drive across town in Houston traffic for a test drive. Michael was happy to assist and had the vehicle detailed and ready for our test drive the next day. The LEXUS was exactly what I was looking for, beautiful condition and priced exactly where I needed it to be. We took a quick test drive and when we returned Michael asked what I thought, to which I responded “I think you just sold a car!” The process was seamless and easy!
