“My experience with this company hasn’t been the best and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them to anyone. I bought a 21 f150 about 6 weeks ago, from the moment my sales rep Damion received the deposit he stopped replying. Not to mention he had lost the check I had originally sent. He had assured me the truck came with a 90 day warranty however when an issue showed up with the braking system neither he nor anyone at the dealership would pick up the phone. The 3 stars are specifically for the Sales rep Juan who I had to message separately as we had met at the dealership. He acknowledged the situation and pointed me in the right direction. Along with the service manager Melissa who took a situation that dragged for 2 weeks and resolved it within 24 hours. Huge props to her for making this a priority, being communicative and standing by the product. If anyone is to find a vehicle they really want from this company I’d only recommend you to deal with Juan in sales and Melissa in service. My sales rep Damion still has yet to even open my message or get back to me like he said he would. He spent the entire test drive talking about how he wanted to change his career and didn’t really care to actually “sell” me the car. Anyone that goes to a dealership to buy a car deserves better.”
