“The manager of this place is insane!!!! I thought he was going to put hands on my brother!! Don’t buy a vehicle from here!! We noticed problems with a truck while test driving (transmission slip) also a leak in the oil pan. My brother (an automotive technician) was with me. The manager overheard us telling the saleswoman what issues we found to see if we could have them fixed so I could purchase the truck…. He then came over and began to raise his voice and argue with him and tell us there was zero issues with the truck. Will definitely not be buying a vehicle from this place . The saleswoman who helped us looked so upset like this isn’t the first time this has happened. I wish I could give this place zero stars.👎👎”

“I give this place 0 stars. I purchased a vehicle with Holly(supposedly my friend) in May of 2025. By June 16 I texted her because I noticed the brakes was making a noise plus the lane assist error kept coming across the dashboard. On June 25 2025 she had someone pick my vehicle up. I texted her July 1st to see had she heard anything about my car. She said oh we sent it to the VW dealership because that is over our head. I was like ok no problem. I texted her several more times(I have the text to prove my point) needless to say she made me to believe all times it was there at the VW dealership. Basically I got tired of being put on the run around so I called VW myself, two places that was close to them. Gave the vin number and neither had seen my car! I was livid! She had been lying to me for almost 3 weeks! Her excuse was you may want to rethink buying this car it had issues. Well how do you know that MS. Holly! You NEVER sent it to the dealership!!!!! I have bought a tag znd first month insurance paid, all that lost!!! I have requested the owner to call me. He has yet to call! That is fine, I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED THERE. All I can say is buy a car at your own risk here because I did some digging and a lot of under the table and shady stuff goes on at this dealership. On top that she was my friend. She was not a true friend she was more concerned about that money. Please people before you buy anything from her do your homework. This is not the dealership to deal with!”
