“I worked with Jack Loffhagen on test driving, and purchasing, a certified pre-owned '23 Honda Ridgeline. I had already convinced myself that a Ridgeline was in my future, and having a certified pre-owned vehicle with a power train warranty helped me pull the trigger. While performing my own inspection of the vehicle I did notice some condensation in a headlight housing - a somewhat common issue with Ridgelines. Jack agreed to have it addressed through their "we-owe" process, and a week later I returned to have the headlight housing replaced. I was ensured they want all their customers leave happy, but I was nervous that this would become a big fight. I'm very happy to say it was no fight at all! The service department at Luther Hopkins Honda is impressive. Jay Beasley was my service advisor and he, made sure everything went smoothly. When the work was done I received a video link from the service inspector, Scott Byzewski which showed off the completed work. I don't know that it could have gone any better! Also, I've got to give a shout out to John Resnick, the finance manager who helped me through the paperwork, titling, licensing, and helped me through the pitfalls of our modern banking system.
