“Absolutely a five-star experience, because there's no six available. Out-of-this-world, eye-opening, "zoom in, zoom out", paper signed in about half an our (and most of it was a good-time socializing). I was all over the marketplace looking for a very specific years and packages Toyota Highlander, and the one at I-95 Muscle kept popping up. Great pictures, excellent description, highly competitive pricing, immediate response to inquiry and resulted several follow up discussion. All questions answered in timely, professional, highly courteous and personable manner. I even received exceptional recommendation on financing the vehicle (just ask Joseph: I will not finance any other way from now on!). Our "prospect" vehicle was staged just outside on a "launch pad", all shiny and ready to roll. Absolutely no pressure. Our "concierge" Joseph suggested a test drive ("as long as necessary"), and we took turns driving the car. Once back at the dealership, I crawled all over the vehicle (mind you: with telescopic inspection mirror and flashlight): nothing to pick at. All serviced, cleaned, inspected, all paperwork was already on "stand by", so Joseph and Mitch turned it into almost "drive-by" experience. Moreover, (I kid you not!) we've done it at the tiny tall service stand like desk inside the AC'd "showroom" filled with classics and "muscles" (of course, they have an office!), but we've had so much good time, we didn't care to get into the "fish bowl".
