“‼️ WARNING! ‼️ RUN FAR AWAY! Eli was my sales person! I am getting jerked around on my tag and I called the DMV tax office and they said the title doesn’t exist. 7 days so far and nothing. I was supposed to leave town last Thursday. Oct 28, 2025 is today’s date. Update: it took two months to get my title. Worst experience ever. Also beware- my van has a recall but no available fix at this time and the problem is, they catch on FIRE! 😞 The van also has a wobble at 65 and I have yet to take it in. I don’t drive it / haven’t since the first few weeks I got it.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a 2016 Porsche Macan S from salesman Eli 7/25/2024. The paperwork process was a nightmare, every single employee and manager was beyond rude, mileage was listed incorrectly on the ad, the cars tires were completely destroyed and they refused to help with the repair them. This dealership didn’t send me tags for 3 months AND registered the car in a state that I no longer lived in. On top of that- car did NOT pass emissions, battery and codes were wiped and unplugged- come to find out the transmission needed immediate repair which no, would not have been covered under extended warranty. Just paid $7600 for a rebuilt mechatronic unit, not to mention the $1300 in state tax in a state that I didn’t live in, plus the $1000 for tires that they resided to help with, oh AND the salesman Eli promised they would pay to have the car shipped to me, but instead I paid out of pocket $1200 to have the car shipped DAYS after Eli promised it would be sent off!! Slimy group of people- and they have been reported to the BBB and attorney general!! Save yourself a headache!!”

“My mother-in-law purchased a 2017 Chevrolet from this dealership under the assumption that the vehicle was in proper working condition. Shortly after the purchase, while the vehicle was parked at her residence awaiting registration, we discovered a significant fluid leak that had clearly been concealed using epoxy. This constitutes a deceptive and improper repair intended to hide a pre-existing defect. Since the sale, the vehicle has suffered repeated mechanical failures and is now completely inoperable. My mother-in-law has been left without transportation due to a vehicle that was sold with undisclosed and pre-existing mechanical issues. I have made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to resolve this matter. Each time, I am told that the manager is “unavailable.” The staff has refused to provide any manager or corporate contact information, including an email address, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and transparency. No one at this dealership has been willing to assist or take responsibility. Selling a vehicle with known defects and refusing to address the issue afterward is unacceptable and may constitute fraud and misrepresentation. We are currently pursuing legal action to recover damages related to this sale. This review is written to warn future consumers. Proceed with extreme caution”

“I recently purchased a car from Super Deal Motors and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dianne, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Arri, the Manager, was also fantastic and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Both Dianne and Arri went above and beyond to make me feel valued and taken care of. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Super Deal Motors!”
