“I was lucky enough to purchase my most recent vehicle from Szott Ford in Holly, MI last week. I knew it would be over an hour drive for me to get there but it was so worth it! Szott was able to obtain the exact 2026 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage Edition in Robin’s Egg Blue (with white top) that I was desperately seeking and for the right price! Tom Mazawey and RJ Magiera took THE best care of me. Nick Riley (financing), too! Everything went so quickly and smoothly. I wasn’t pressured into anything extra, the financing, signing, and getting the keys was shorter than it took me to drive there! It was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had in my 30+ years of driving. I was quite surprised to be sent by 2 dealers to Carvana or elsewhere rather than trade it in (full disclosure - I received a very nice payout for the vehicle when it sold). It was like nobody wanted to work with me. I did sell my previous Bronco sport the week prior to going to Szott. Once in touch with Szott, there were no issues and they even asked if I had a trade-in. Additionally, no other dealers I called or visited prior to Szott was willing to look for the exact vehicle I wanted. It used to be such a normal thing to be able to ask for vehicles that dealers may not have right on their lot but I guess that doesn’t happen as much nowadays. “Service technicians return my truck with more problems than it goes in with. Scratches, grease on my interiors and parts not put back together correctly. I will never use Szott service or recommended them to anyone. The only reason I take my vehicle there was the warrantee work that was required. Very disappointing how they treat an $80K truck.”
