When I was leaving I had inspected the car and those things were missing and the detailing staff were gone for the day and the dealership had closed:/ Asked Carson to take care of it for me and I know he will make sure it gets returned to me.”

“Very happy with our experience with Zeigler Kia. This was the third vehicle we’ve purchased from this dealership and the experience didn’t disappoint. We have had some unfortunate issues in the past, but things were definitely rectified this time around. We live over 100 miles away and we were able to secure financing, have our trade-in appraised, and negotiate a deal through phone/text. Carson was our salesman and he was great to deal with. That’s just a scam and a very high profit for your company. At least the free trailer hitch and install slightly made up for this ridiculousness.”
