Everyone I had contact with was courteous and made me feel welcome. That is why they are my preferred service writer for VW, Dodge and Cadillac.”

“Great experience purchasing this vehicle from Crown, Kevin was my sales guy and he made the whole transaction as smooth as possible even came in on his day off to show the vehicle and close the sale. Absolutely no pressure and gave me a great deal. The sales manager Tim was also very accommodating and got me a lower interest rate than what I originally accepted. This dealership is not local to me but they had the vehicle I wanted, we were able to get everything done over the phone and email prior to me going there to test drive and once I made the decision to purchase we drove out of there with my new car in less than 30 minutes.”
