“Unfortunately, I have to leave a one-star review because of the extremely poor customer service I received after purchasing my vehicle. Everything was smooth while they were making the sale. The staff was friendly, responsive, and encouraged me to purchase an extended warranty/insurance policy, assuring me that I could cancel it at any time if I no longer wanted the coverage. The experience completely changed once I decided to cancel the policy. I contacted the insurance company directly, and they promptly processed my request and confirmed that the dealership only needed to complete the final step on their end. That should have been simple. Instead, it has now been over eight weeks, and despite multiple phone calls and attempts to reach the dealership, they have completely ignored me. Because they have failed to do their part, I am still being charged for an insurance policy I requested to cancel weeks ago. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had no problem calling me to remind me about maintenance appointments, but when I needed assistance with an issue they were responsible for handling, they became impossible to reach. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers after the sale is complete. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are quick to earn your business, but when you need their help, don't expect them to be there.”

“I had a fabulous experience! As a first time car buyer, Mike made the experience very welcoming and comfortable! I felt like all information was explained thoroughly to me and in a respectful way very easy to understand! Mike was happy to answer questions and give a lot of honest insight! The process was smooth sailing! Mike was on top of it and very efficient! There was no issue with test driving the cars and being able to take a thorough look in peace free on anyone breathing down your neck! “Great experience! Mike was nothing but helpful, kind, and willing. He helped us replace a part on our van(gas cap door)after it was sold as is to us and went out of his way to make us happy. Van is in great shape, runs nice, no issues and we are completely happy with our purchase. Mike is a good guy and I highly recommend doing business with him. If there’s any issues brought to his attention and he’s able to fix the issue, he happily will. He was up front about the history of the van to the best of his knowledge and wasn’t trying to hide anything or be shady like most dealers in my experience.”
