“I called and talked to Paul about my needs and financials status. I knew a team would reach out and he got me on the phone with Giovanni. After exchange vital info to see what we qualify for, Gio promised me something I would love the next business day. I called wanting a mini van and I left in a Cadillac XT5! I'm so obsessed with it. It meets my "mom" needs. The model is older but low mileage and I feel like we got a great piece of American machinery. I love ,LOVE, LOVE. this car. Permian had me leave the vehicle yesterday , service department has not been very responsive, just stating the vehicle needs an expensive repair. So I bought a used car a week ago and I don’t have a vehicle again. I’m certain things will work out quickly and I will get my lovely car back . I plan to edit this review accordingly. Update: I’m very happy with the service department! Got my car back promptly, no run around no bs! Jan is running like a champ. Yes I named my caddie Jan! And I love her! Looks like I’m due for an oil change! I’ll be taking her back to Permian soon! Thanks again to Giovanni 💋 for bringing the perfect ride to me! Running review of service department : I got my first oil change and tire rotation, and I’m so pleased with the service of this dealership. It was done and under an hour, and I got to go shopping at the little treasure discount store next to the parking lot while I waited!”

“( I will give them another fair shot and edit this review) I noticed my rear differential leaking around the pinion seal not long ago. I brought it here to have it corrected. I notified them that the rear end was rebuilt in May of 2024. They cleaned the rear end and put 20 miles on it, stating they found no leak and the gear oil was residual from the rebuild A YEAR AGO. I reminded them that the other dealer returned the truck to me with a clean rear end, and this is from a newly developed leak. I got a response stating it's under warranty, If something happens, bring it back. After 1600 miles, it's coming back. Can we get it right this time, guys? See pics, enjoy.”
