“**5/5 Stars - Stellar Experience from Start to Finish!** I had an absolutely stellar experience at Tonkin Ford in Hillsboro, and I cannot recommend them—especially my service advisor, Benito—highly enough. From the very beginning, the phone appointment process was completely seamless. I really appreciated the communication style leading up to the visit; they sent the perfect, minimal amount of text reminders without cluttering my inbox. When I arrived, Benito completely blew me away with his superior in-person attention. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and the estimated time he gave me for the service was spot-on. While waiting, the dealership's overall cleanliness was highly impressive, and they have a fantastic lounge area with great coffee and an excellent snack assortment that made the time fly by. I took a good chunk of time to figure out what vehicle I was going to purchase (I think like a week lol) and they were all very responsive to questions, and always happy to help me. I also dealt with Candy the manager, who was so kind & very friendly as well! “We had a great buying experience at Tonkin Ford. Worked with Juan and Tim to look at pickup trucks. They were both really nice and very helpful. Tim pulled all of the F250’s out that I wanted to look at and compare trims and even started them all up for me. I think we came went about 3 different times during our search for the perfect pickup truck. We were in between Ford and a GMC, but ended up going with Ford. I worked with Jacob in the finance department to help me find a loan from my own credit union (Rivermark) at about 5.49% interest. Jacob was fun because he’s also a car guy, so we got to geek out about cars while we were going through the finance stuff. The whole process was easy, quick, and they handled everything for me. Hopefully their service department is as nice as their sales department! I will update this review after I’ve experienced their service department.”

But I found someone to assist me and the experience only got greater from there. Efficient with their communication, saw her take a video of my car and the oil change was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”
