“I brought in my 2017 Pathfinder with about 54k miles due to a noise in the engine. Almost $600 later I was told I needed a brand new engine at the tune of about $18k. Yes $18k. Apparently there was sludge in the engine, which was not noticed when the vehicle was in for an oil change a few months back. When I asked I was told "well it is typically the new, younger guys who do those types of services and this is really where an experienced technician can show what he knows". I inquired about a rebuilt or refurbished engine and was told "oh you never know with 3rd party providers what you are going to get".
I have had transmissions replaced in previous vehicles and know there are nationally known companies, like Jasper, who provide rebuilt transmissions and engines with 3yr/36,000 warranties. I also did some research and found that numerous people reported having 217/2018 Pathfinder who at around 50k-55k were told by dealerships they needed new engines. Yeah that is not odd is it.
Needless to say, I paid the $600 and went to a local shop who had amazing reviews and had been in business for over 20 years. They said I did not need a new engine, but the work would be about 16 hours of labor. So instead of $18k I only spent about $5500. That also included a 3yr warranty on parts and 5yr warranty on the labor. Will never go to this dealership again.”

“I had the best experience with Jay Kim yesterday! He made sure to listen to my needs and wants, stick within my budget, and had all the patience to answer my hundred questions. I also need to give a shout out to Jim! He sold me my previous car and was so knowledgeable and kind and just was truly the only reason I came back
Today- I trust his judgment! He is now in finance but still took care of me! He made sure my car would be covered in any scenario and that I found my forever car this time around. Jay and Jim were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient, kind hearted and made me feel comfortable with my decision the whole way. From helping me choose between car options, to showing me how to set up car features on the app, to making sure I understood EVERYTHING up front I would be financially responsible for, to making sure I got a tour of my car and what it can do- they were with me the whole way. I would DEFINITELY recommend meeting and trusting this dynamic duo of a team Jay and Jim! I know they are the reason I chose Nissan and will stay Nissan. I trust wholeheartedly that I am in very capable hands with both of them!”

“Great dealership, our salesperson Cathy was super to work with, as was the service & finance department. My only negative would be to refrain from placing or spraying air freshener in the vehicles. Some folks are allergic & this air freshener smells just awful. I do however like my new to me car!”
