“I am disappointed with my recent experience with Ford Webb. I sent multiple emails to Jeff and Peter regarding an issue with the vehicle’s headlamp but did not receive a response. During this time, a deduction for warranty cover was processed on our account without our prior approval, which raised concerns for me. The vehicle continues to have moisture inside the headlamp, and the light appears out of focus, making night driving uncomfortable and concerning from a safety perspective. I had hoped this matter would be addressed promptly after my emails. Effective communication and customer support are very important to me. Unfortunately, the lack of response to my attempts to resolve this issue has affected my confidence in continuing the business relationship. For additional context, I raised the headlamp concern with Jeff on the actual day of purchase and even took a photo showing visible moisture inside the light. I was advised at the time that it was due to the vehicle having just been washed. Unfortunately, the issue has persisted, which is why my husband followed up multiple times by email. I hope Ford Webb will review their customer communication processes and assist customers more promptly in the future.”

“Directed specifically toward Robert Schindley, my service advisor. On my brand new 2025 f150 I was told 90-120 mins, but took 3 hours for a simple window switch recall. Would’ve been longer had I not asked and found out my one singular technician was multitasking vehicles, he then switched back to my car and finished up in about 5 mins and then I left. My car was left running the whole 3 hours and when I left I had to turn right back around because they did not check to see if their work was actually working. Upon my return after leaving with a “fixed” vehicle the technician jammed my window switch thinking that the more pressure the faster the window will roll up, they ended up ordering new parts... Not to mention my service advisor was “babysitting while working” quoted from his mouth. So now in the hopes this creates change when I come back I will hopefully have a better experience. Thank you”
