“I want to inform anyone that may be considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. This is MY experience with them hopefully you will have better luck. My salesman’s name was Bryan and my husband and I have worked with Bryan for the last 3 vehicles that we purchased over 10 years of business, so we have used him for many years which makes my situation disappointing. I had received a call from Bryan saying that I should come in to trade in my car which I thought may be a good idea seeing that my warranty was done and I was coming out of pocket for maintenance. I told Bryan what exactly it is that I wanted. To have a lower payment with a car that would work for me. Just a side note to keep in mind, I was trading in a GMC 2023 Acadia 3 row SUV. Coming in I was open minded because not only did I trust Bryan but so did my husband so when Bryan told me that he could save me $50 off my car payment wasn’t the greatest but at least it was something. Well I was offered a 2026 Buick Encore ex. Not too comfortable with my decision I was coerced by Bryan why this vehicle is good for me. I did the paper work and purchased this car just to get home and realized this is not the right one for me. I called to tell Bryan of my dissatisfaction of the purchase also I don’t even have a test drive of the car he just pulled it off the floor, again going off the relationship that my husband and myself had made with him over the years of trusted him, just for him to tell me There is nothing that he could do. My complaint is to trust no one. No matter how much you think they are looking out for you they are not. It was about the sale for him and not the customer. This is a hard lesson learned, one that I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.”

“To start, Liz was absolutely wonderful. The two stars I’m taking off this review is no negative reflection of her. I was able to get a 2017 Ford Fusion within my monthly budget and the car has low miles and is in MOSTLY great condition. I did purchase the warranty through GWC Warranty. However, less than 2 weeks driving the vehicle off the lot, the check engine light went on. And the warranty I purchased doesn’t even cover the repairs ($538). I was not aware there were different tiers of the warranty, and was only presented it as one option. These repairs have to be made in order for me to register the vehicle. I can’t help but feel this is not a coincidence, after more research and conversation with mechanics. I’m always open to being wrong, but what started as a great experience has ended in an okay one. I would just say be careful, and ask about if there are different options available when it comes to purchasing the warranty. I’m not angry just upset.”
