“Engine broke down after I drove only 200 miles. Broken valve! Shaking, spputering,misfiring & drivetrain mulfunction... This issue could not have developed in such a short period,it's clear that this mechanical failure existed prior to the sale. Waiting to hear from Acura. 4/13/2026 Nobody from Acura has contact me except guy from service department who called to tell me what I already knew - that the car needs a new engine .Its been almost two months,I already made first payment for thacar I dont have and they pretend this is not their problem. Whenever i call Acura they keep transfering my calls straight to voicemails....It doesnt look promising! My patience is runing out... 6/30/26 I lost all hope Acura will help so I went overthere to pick up the car after almost 4 months. In the meentime new management took over - i explained the whole situation again and they decided to help me ! They offered to buy the vehicle back if i buy another car from Acura. They offered me a way out of the huge headake and I took it. Upgraded to a 30k miles 2023 Audi Q7 Prestige with factory warranty Thanks again to Cristian B. and Brendan .Thank you Acura of Highland park.”
