Finance person was not pushy like some are and was very easy to work with. We never felt pressured. We had to wait to get our vehicle until Monday but that was fine. “Ilderton DCJR is the total package! From sales to support & service they have got it going on! Ivan, my salesman, overall a very nice guy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and low-key which is something I really appreciated. The service team was awesome as well! They made a couple of modifications to my Wrangler that I ordered with the vehicle and did a great job in a very timely fashion. Communication at all levels was great. And a few "over the top" services from different team members put the icing on the cake! I've worked with other Jeep dealers in the Triad area in the past. Those experiences were OK but really not very good at all. This was my first time at Ilderton and based on my experience with them I'll definitely be back! P.S. like most people, the meeting with the finance people is my least favorite part of the new car buying process. Randolph, the finance manager at Ilderton was great and very easy to work with!”
