“When I brought my car in for service, Chris Robinson greeted me with a smile and handshake. I told him the issues with my car and he made notes and escorted me to a very nice waiting area while I waited for my ride home. Later on, he called me with an update on my car and gave me an estimate to fix the issues and I went ahead with the repairs. After a couple of days my car was finished and Chris notified me it was complete. I went over to Ilderton and paid the bill which was very reasonable for the repairs I had done. “Setting up the appointment was easy and the ladies I spoke with were professional. The gentleman that checked my truck in was polite and courteous. Service department had my truck for seven days. I dropped it off on a Friday, received a call Thursday to let me know a bracket needed to be ordered and it would be in on Friday. I feel that if there is a recall on a vehicle the service department should know all that is needed to make repairs. Overall it was a good experience.”
