“Came in today to have our first service on our Lexus. We have owned Lexus in the past, but it has been a while since we last owned one. I was just reminded of why purchasing a Lexus is such a great experience. Obviously these are great quality vehicles but the level of service you get is hands down better than anything else. Its all in the little things. The way youre treated and the level of service one is given. For example, Maurice in service , my advisor was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about the details of my service and went above and beyond what my expectations were. Also while waiting for my vehicle I was greeted by Landon, who sold us our vehicle 8 months earlier. Even though that was 8 months ago, as soon as he saw me sitting there, he smiled and came over for a greeting and hand shake. He then asked how I was enjoying our vehicle. I am reminded of the level of service one receives from Lexus and these guys have it.”
