“*****BEWARE OF THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEIR ADVISORS/MECHANICS ***** The absolute boiling point with this dealership service center was AGAIN catching them in a complete lie. My 2024 GMC Sierra HD had a faulty brake sensor saying it detected new brake pads, and then it said it needed new ones. Extremely obvious the sensor was having difficulty and not reading correctly. After dropping it off they called me saying I needed ALL NEW BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS saying my brakes were in the “danger zone” at 3MM width, on a truck with only 30k miles on it ? Does not tow heavy at all ? I knew that was a red flag immediately and they wanted to charge me $2,500. I said no and picked up my truck immediately. Low and behold after my husband had taken off all 4 tires the brakes pads were still at a 7mm minimum and the rotors were like brand new (photos attached). After bringing this up to 3 different service advisors not ONE said a WORD ! Are they on commission? Must be because no response said enough for me. If I could give this service center -10 stars I would. They are not even worth 1. I have NEVER in my life been so excited for a warranty to end on a vehicle so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore ! GMC is supposedly “luxury” but the experience here and the people you have to deal with is the complete opposite. I will never purchase another vehicle from an Autonation dealership again.”

“A truly terrible experience! My vehicle is a 2023 GMC Acadia—a brand-new car I purchased just two years ago—with approximately 36,000 miles on the odometer. I discovered an oil leak in the engine compartment. I brought the car to this dealership for repairs twice within two consecutive weeks, yet they failed to fix the issue either time! Although my vehicle is still under warranty, the service staff never informed me that the cost of a rental car during warranty repairs is reimbursable! I have serious doubts regarding both their technical competence and their level of customer service! If you are considering taking your car to this dealership for repairs, please think twice!”

“Came in to view some cars and Bob immediately stepped in to help. He is just such an amazing person, great salesman too because we bought the first one we saw lol. But we did a ton of research, looked at so many different cars and he was really patient, took such great car of us and we felt like a family member was helping us with the purchase. Highly recommend!”

“Update 2/6/26, took my vehicle back to them after finding new technician negligence. The oil dip stick tube was not fully inserted into the block, causing an oil leak. 1 of my starter bolts was hanging on by a thread (literally), and they cut my exhaust manifold and stuffed a larger bolt through it, for some type of hack job repair (that I was never made aware of or authorized). This place does not keep you informed or ask for authorization to make repairs. Service manger is a prick, trying to make empty threats and not uphold their 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Additional phots have been uploaded as proof of GMC of Henderson technician negligence. Let’s see if the GM can rectify the situation now that he is aware of the situation. I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK UNTIL IT IS FIXED CORRECTLY DUE TO YOUR TECHNICIAN NEGLIGENCE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW UNTIL AUTONATION GMC OF HENDERSON MAKES THIS RIGHT! Started my journey with GMC of Henderson in December of 2024. Brought my 2000 Silverado in for routine maintenance (only 130,000 miles and has been family owned). First visit, tech was supposed to remove broken exhaust manifold bolts. They used incorrect tools and tried to stick me the the bill for a new cylinder head. Provided proof of their negligence, they agreed to replace the head. After 2 months of them having it, got truck back and it overheated after 5 miles. Took truck back, was told tech installed head gasket incorrectly. 2 months later got truck back, this time missing several bolts and fasteners, broken clips to AC, also missing an exhaust manifold bolt (I originally paid for). Drove truck for 6 months and put less than 5000 miles on it and developed a coolant leak. Took truck to an alternate mechanic to have leak diagnosed, was informed the cylinder head installed by GMC was warped. Took truck back to GMC for retail warranty. After 2 months there, I was told the head gasket failed due to improper torque. Got the truck back, drove it for 40 miles, CEL came on for intake manifold gasket performance, bank 1 and bank 2 are lean. 1 day later, truck is back at GMC. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. I have dealt with 3 different services managers and negligentful techs for over 1 year. Advisor Juanita is the only good person in that drive”

“1 very dissapointed for a couple reasons. My rear tailgate light was faulty, it wasn't able to be installed, no fault of the technician. But I had my truck detailed prior to dropping off. And clearly stated to service advisor, DO NOT WASH. For the reason I just stated and DO NOT want my truck going through car washes with brushes. The truck was finally brought back , after not being able to find it, dripping with water and spotted. I'm extremely dissapointed that my tailgate now has 2 small dings on it. Unbelievable from whoever and whatever they where doing to my tailgate. That were not there before. Almost seems claim worthy. This is unacceptable. The dings do not show up well in photos.”
