“Paul was fantastic to work with! He helped my daughter get the car she wanted at a price that worked for her budget. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the car's features and patiently answered every question we had. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Paul!”

“BUYER BEWARE. Im really disappointed in this dealer, woltz &wind ford, Inc / ford in general. I purchased a ford super duty f-350 in 2024 for $112,000. Trim level , limited that I ordered online from a local dealer , not this one. I had ford put a lot of extra add ons , one being the winch. The first time I used the winch was a few weeks or so ago. I released the winch with the trigger on the handle and out comes this plug with a wire in a few pieces ( see pictures ) with the cable that is part of the winch . At the time I didn’t know what it was. I had a rapid block heater installed on the truck as and add on so I had no idea the truck had a block heater that was a physical plug due to the electrical one that was installed. I took it in to have it repaired under fords warranty as I’m under my 36000 mile 3 years. ( i also have a 150,000 mile 10 year platinum or premium warranty through Ford) and while it was there I wanted my oil changed. They denied fixing the winch. They stated it was the dealer the truck was purchased from who was responsible for it. The issue is the block heater plug hangs down in the hole where the winch was installed , ford doesn’t have a protocol for where to put the plug when a winch is installed. This is why it was in the winch when I used it. They stated the mechanic that installed the winch should have found a place for it which didn’t happen. Also these winches that come from ford are very rare due to the cost. ( something I found out later) you can have the same winch installed for much cheaper outside of ford. The dealer states it’s the other dealers fault from 2 years ago because they installed the winch. All dealers have ford certified mechanics. This is an excuse, if one mechanic fixes something at another dealer 2 years ago and there’s an issue ,any ford dealer can fix it. They are all Ford certified mechanics. I paid ALOT of money for this truck not to mention this is my 4th ford truck in the past 10 -12 years. I’ve been a repeat customer spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and this is the way they treat customers. On top of that, I pick the truck up and as soon as I started the truck, the air filter indicator shows up on the screen alerting me that I need the air filter changed (see pictures) Part of the oil change is an inspection of the truck which was checked off on the paperwork that they looked at the air filter. I immediately walked back into the dealer and asked about this, one of the service members went to look for the mechanic who wasn’t there at the time and could not give me an answer but directed me down to parts where I purchased my own air filter. I went to change the air filter and realized they gave me an air filter for a gasoline engine. So back to Ford I went to swap out the air filter for one that is for a diesel engine . when I removed the air filter this is what it looks like.( see pictures ). Again very disappointed! I’ve come to the realization that ford doesn’t have any interest in the customer unless your spending money. After your hard earned money is spent and there’s an issue the buck gets passed and down the road you go. I regret being loyal to ford because ford hasn’t reciprocated that loyalty. BUYER BEWARE …. THE RESPONSE FROM FORD. I called the number that was left as a response to my review. I stated , “ I left a review and ford responded to it with a phone number and stated to call as they would like another chance at addressing the issue” upon calling in to the number that was provided ( which is just the number to the dealership) they said, “would you like to talk to service”. I stated, “I already talked to service and the supervisor who directed me to go to another dealer” The response that’s given on the review is just another way this dealer uses tactics to combat negative reviews in hopes of the general public thinking they are rectifying the situation. In reality this is just a hollow “we hear you but we’re not actually going to do anything” reply on the reviews. Again more disappointment.”

“How blessed my wife and I felt this whole day to be welcomed by everyone. The salesman Steve Siegel with decades of knowledge & understanding cared for us as if we were family (and now we truly feel as if we are) and when he introduced us to Ray in finance to take care of us we knew we were in good hands. It was as if our own loving family walked us through a trade in of our old vehicle to driving away in our new. What an amazing team! Bravo to you all.”

“Purchased my second Bronco last week. Jon Kirks is your guy if you want to buy one. He is so knowledgeable as an owner and enthusiast. He did a fantastic job of helping me make decisions on build vs buy from inventory. In the end I’m confident I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend him for his salesmanship and everything he does for the Bronco off-roading community.”
