“Had a metal plate puncture my tire on a road trip. I filled it with air, but the tire lost air quickly, so I looked up the nearest Nissan dealer and boom, 15 minutes away. We headed over to Wally's Nissan, pulled up to the Service Garage, and I talked to Andrew and Rafi right there at the desk, and then drop it right in. They were able to take us in and make the repair to the tire. Andrew checked for any warranty information on the tire for us without being asked, and Rafi took photos of the tire patch to show me what they had done, again without being asked. Both Andrew and Rafi were very professional and courteous during our visit. The waiting room was clean and comfy, and the rest of the staff were also very nice. Although we live 2 hours and 30 minutes away, I would definitely recommend anyone in the Pocono/Hazelton area check out the team at Wally's! Well done”
