“Since I've purchased my Santa Cruz I haven't been happy with any of the Dealerships until now. Extremely clean waiting area, beyond helpful staff and the time they said it would take for the service was accurate. Special shout out to Pedro Urena for going the extra mile. You want good service here is where you want to go. Personally I would double my stars for the service but they got 4 stars because reaching them by phone is a huge challenge. I'm old school, prefer human interaction. Once you get past the phone the rest is a smooth operation. Bonus when all employees are happy vs complaining. When I see happy employees I know it's a good dealership!”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Hazleton Hyundai. The showroom was very bright, clean and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, Kathleen Warner (Kat) came right over and offered her help. I brought my friend with me and even though she wasn't purchasing a vehicle that day not only did everyone introduce themselves to me, but they also included Darlene as well. Kat was very helpful and knowledgeable and WAS NEVER pushy!! I had forgotten my husband's prayer card and an angel in my vehicle, called almost a week later and Kat went above and beyond to find it and return it to me. Most times when you purchase a vehicle, once that's done you NEVER hear from the salesperson again nor do they pick up your calls or return them, Kat does! If I could give this dealership a 10+, especially Kat I would!! Go there first you will not go anywhere else nor will you be disappointed!!”
