“Took my corvette there for new tires, service manager bragged up the machine they have and that's why they charge so much per tire cause the cost of the machine. I took it back up after I realized all the scratches in the wheels and the service manager was blaming alot of it on the lubricant and it was wiping off. He said he could get someone in to try and fix them. I could tell in his demeanor that he believed they were there and kept defending his high tech machine and caring corvette technician. I guess they just magically appeared. Well just beware especially if your taking your corvette there, I won't let mine out of my sight at the next dealership.”

“Fairway Motors has a great service department! My truck overheated while traveling on I81 but I was able to limp into Fairway Motors to get it checked out. Even though they were booked solid with appointments that day they found time to diagnose my truck and then fix it immediately saving me days of travel time. Now that is service!! Out of the 4 vehicles, this 2026 Silverado Trailboss 5.3 V8 is the best of them all,we are loving it. “I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Fairway Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Colorado in with concerns and instead of being treated with respect, I was repeatedly spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner. I was told things like, “Ma’am, you don’t understand the process” and “You don’t understand what GM holds us to,” which felt incredibly patronizing. Rather than taking the time to clearly explain the issue and address my concerns, my questions were made to feel insignificant. In the end, I paid over $500 for a thermostat replacement, which only added to the frustration of the overall experience. Customer service matters just as much as the repair itself. Vehicle issues are already stressful enough without being made to feel talked down to. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience.”
