“worst service experience i’ve ever had hands done and the worst part is they’re still not done. Got my car towed in for service after checking in with Napleton and God knows how but my car ended up ON the LOT with a wholesale sticker on it. Prior to that , my car sat in there service line for a week and they never notified me about my car I had to go up there myself and find it lol. As of right now im waiting on another call back I probably won’t get and honestly if I could take my car out of their garage rn i would. Never bought a car from them so idk abt that but I wouldn’t have my car serviced here again if i was stranded in a dessert and napleton was the only dealership around me”
