“I purchased my car (2024 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line) almost two months ago, and I’m finally getting around to the review Craig absolutely deserves. I originally came in because I received a text from the dealership. Craig took the time to track down who sent it, reached out to them, and when they weren’t available, he stepped in to help me himself. From that moment on, he treated me like family. Craig was genuinely excited to work with me. He listened, understood my situation, and handled everything with the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. I already knew which car I wanted, and he walked me through the test drive, stayed late to help me, and made the whole process smooth. I came in with one car but ended up trading in another as well — Craig even rescheduled with me so I could bring the second car back for appraisal and finalization. We were there late into the evening finishing everything, and Craig honestly felt like an “uncle” helping his “niece” through a big decision. Even after the sale, he met with me again to make sure I got my Progressive Snapshot devices that I accidentally left in both cars. I’m loving my car, the warranties give me peace of mind, I won’t be paying for oil changes for a while, and the dealership even mailed me chocolate chip cookies as a thank‑you. When I’m in the market for another vehicle — hopefully not anytime soon for my wallet’s sake — I would absolutely buy from Craig again. And I’d happily purchase from this dealership again too. Highly recommend.”

“Our experience with Hazelwood Volkswagen was great! Jason our sales rep was easy to talk with from the start. There was zero feeling of pressure or stress. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful which we appreciated. We felt like overall it was an experience vs a transaction with him which was refreshing. We took the car for a day before purchasing, they installed car seats for us, we had our young kids with us for 3 hours with nothing but kindness and helpfulness from them, the dealership keeps lots of snacks which was also helpful, we felt we received fair trade in value for our previous SUV, and Gary from finance was patient and helpful too. We love our new “used” SUV and enjoyed the calm experience, extra touches, and great communication Jason gave us.”

“I called this dealership on 4/30/26 at 1130a. I spoke with Miguel and told him my situation regarding my search for a newer vehicle. I let him know i had already been to other dealerships who claimed "Oh yes, we can definitely help you, come in and well get you going " and they couldnt. Wasted my time and day! Miguel immediately assured me they could help and he knew exactly where to start and he went to working on my behalf without hesitation and by way of phone. The certainty in his voice left me with hope. Miguel called me a couple of hours later and told me they have me approved and to come in and pick out my car. When I tell you Miguel and his team, Kumar and Craig were beyond AMAZING!!! It was nobody but the Lord that led me here. They were very professional, pleasant, helpful, they communicated with me every step of the way. They were super busy with customers but not one time did I feel forgotten about. This was the easiest and simplest process I have ever been thru when purchasing a car. This is my 1st Volkswagen and because of Miguel, Kumar, and Craig, it will definitely not be my last!!! “My experience at this dealership was very mixed. I want to start by saying that Craig, the salesperson who helped us, was excellent. He was kind, professional, attentive, and truly tried to help us. Everything with him was perfect, and this review is not about him at all. Unfortunately, the experience with the person who handled the credit paperwork was very, very disappointing and turned what should have been a happy moment into a bitter one. We came in with financing already approved by our bank. When we got to the finance office, he told us that we would have to go to our bank and sign the paperwork there because “he doesn’t do that.” Because of this, we told him thank you and said we no longer wanted to proceed. At that point, Craig asked what was happening, stepped in, and suddenly — magically — it was possible to complete everything at the dealership after all. Later, I showed the finance person the interest rate that our bank had approved for us. He gave us a much higher rate and said there was nothing he could do. I called my bank myself, they spoke directly with him, and only then was the rate lowered. My bank representative even told me that the dealer could have helped from the beginning with a simple phone call, but he chose not to. It honestly felt like this person does not like to work or help customers, which is very unfortunate because the dealership has good prices and great salespeople. If it were not for this experience, I would happily recommend this business to my friends and family. Buying my daughter’s first car should have been a joyful and exciting moment, but because of the finance process, it became a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Again, Craig was wonderful, and he is the reason we continued at all. The negative review is solely because of the finance experience, not the sales team.”
