“I was a loyal customer and leased two Audis from this dealership. The first impression was great, but over time the experience steadily declined.
The service department repeatedly missed issues during inspections, which led to multiple unnecessary visits where I had to demonstrate the problem before it was addressed. During one inspection, they even missed a nail in a tire while assuring me the vehicle was in excellent condition.
On my last lease, there was a $2,000 overcharge on the paperwork at signing. I had to catch the error myself and insist it be corrected. They also added a key insurance fee to the bill without properly disclosing it, which I had to point out and have removed.
I raised all of these concerns with Ken Strong, the general manager. Unfortunately, he was unresponsive when I reached out with questions about leasing a new vehicle. After being ignored repeatedly, I became so frustrated that I turned in my lease early, absorbed the financial penalty, and purchased a BMW instead.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. The overall experience felt more like a stereotypical 1970s used car lot commercial than a modern luxury dealership.”

“Aura was incredible to work with and helped get me into a beautiful A5. She was respectful, organized, and helped facilitate the process of getting into my vehicle without all the loops and hurdles many dealerships make you go through. Pricing was clear, which made the buying process way easier. It was an enjoyable experience and she made sure to show me all of the functions and features of my vehicle.
On the finance department's end, Abdullah was quick, straightforward, and organized. This was a huge plus, allowing me to simply come in, pay, and finally enjoy my car.
Overall, I loved my shopping experience here and I absolutely would recommend anyone searching to purchase or lease to come here!”

“After deciding to get my first Audi, I started researching local dealerships. One name was repeatedly mentioned in the reviews at Hawthorne - Leo. I called one morning to speak to him but it was his day off. I did not leave a message and to my surprise he called me early the next morning. Let me just say the reviews were spot on. Leo is a friendly, knowledgeable and hard working salesman who is all about customer service. Later that day I went to the beautiful dealership in person and we closed the deal. It was a seamless transaction and a great experience overall. How refreshing!”
