“I was a loyal customer and leased two Audis from this dealership. The first impression was great, but over time the experience steadily declined. The service department repeatedly missed issues during inspections, which led to multiple unnecessary visits where I had to demonstrate the problem before it was addressed. During one inspection, they even missed a nail in a tire while assuring me the vehicle was in excellent condition. On my last lease, there was a $2,000 overcharge on the paperwork at signing. I had to catch the error myself and insist it be corrected. They also added a key insurance fee to the bill without properly disclosing it, which I had to point out and have removed. I raised all of these concerns with Ken Strong, the general manager. Unfortunately, he was unresponsive when I reached out with questions about leasing a new vehicle. After being ignored repeatedly, I became so frustrated that I turned in my lease early, absorbed the financial penalty, and purchased a BMW instead. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. The overall experience felt more like a stereotypical 1970s used car lot commercial than a modern luxury dealership.”
