“The sales team truly excels in customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I secured my vehicle, and I’m excited to return for my next purchase. However, I must address my concerns regarding the maintenance department. It has been over three weeks since I reported a manufacturer error on my vehicle. Two weeks ago, they received the replacement part for my back passenger side window, yet I was informed that the repair would take an entire day. This seems excessive, especially when other shops have indicated it should only take about 30 minutes. After my third call, I discovered that they offer loaner cars, which had never been mentioned to me before. I promptly requested a loaner vehicle, but was met with excuses about availability. I was promised a call back to schedule the loaner, yet I am still waiting after a week. As someone who works six days a week from 5:30 AM to 2 PM, with my wife on a similar schedule, taking a day off is not an option for us. Our only day off is Sunday, which coincidentally is when the service department is closed.”

You will NOT feel haggled if you purchase from Mr. Omar Irving at Subaru Pacific! Omar is a true Product Specialist with much experience under his belt. I NEVER felt haggled!
