We just purchased our new 2025 Bronco and we had an absolute 5-star experience at AutoFair Ford in Haverhill.
The entire process was seamless and handled professionally. Huge shout out to Najib who was phenomenal.
He is knowledgeable, patient and really listened to what we wanted, working with us from start to finish, making the entire process stress-free.
Special thanks to Shawn in finance for doing the paperwork quick and painless, explaining everything clearly and efficiently to us.
We couldn’t be happier for our choice of working with these guys.
Until I picked up the car. That’s when all my issues started. On the day I came to pick up the car, I noticed some scratches on the driver’s door sill. On the same side, I opened the visor and the entire visor came down. It was broken from the factory. I showed to Najib and asked to fix the visor and polish the scratches on the door sill. He took the car to service and came back saying that the visor parts were broken but they will need to order the new part, and would arrange a detail person to polish the scratches off. They would do both services at the same time.
My big mistake was that I drove the car off the lot instead of leaving it there untill all was resolved.
At my house, I was able to put the visor back together so it wouldn’t fall down as I was driving. But still needed to be replaced as it had a crack on the cover.
The day was scheduled and I dropped off the car in the morning with them. In the afternoon I received a call that my car was DONE and I could pick it up. My wife went to pick it up for me and saw that none of the issues were fixed. The car was exactly the same way as I dropped off. The visor was still with broken parts and the scratches were never polished. She could feel there was no wax applied.
Then I realized I’ve been screwed over, having bought 2 extra warranty for service and paint. The first was $1500 more, they would apply a protective coat on the paint, seats and interior of the car. The second was for the maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, etc. If they lied saynig that my car was fixed, they probably lied about applying the protective coat on my car.
Najib asked to keep the car for one more day so he could have a different detail person take care of the scratches, but they still didn’t have the visor part. Initially I was told the part was there and it wasn’t. Second lie.
The following day I received a call around 5:30pm to come and pick up the car. I went there when they were about to close. He showed me the car and I could no longer see the scratches on the door. It had disappeared. And when he opened the door I saw a white stain on the driver side LEATHER seat and the 4 wheel knob. Additionally it had 2 bottles of water left from the service people. I confronted Najib asking if that was how he was delivering my car back.
I had bought and installed a door sill protector in 3 out of the 4 doors and was waiting for the service, so I could not install on the driver door. I told him I was going to install it as soon as I get home so it would not scratch again. Those protectors are rubber with double tape on it, and they come with alcohol pads to wipe the dust before installing. When I wiped the door sill I almost had a heart attack. The door has been painted without my knowledge and all of the paint came off exposing the horrible work the detail shop did as you can see in the pictures.
