“During the initial test drive and inspection, my girlfriend and I thoroughly checked the vehicle, including the roof, and everything was completely fine. As part of the purchase agreement, Peruzzi Toyota agreed to repair and paint some scratches, so I left the vehicle in their care for approximately 24 hours. When I returned the next day, I was informed the paint technician wasn’t available and the work wasn’t done. To make matters worse, I was handed two broken keys. Most concerning of all, when I went to the vehicle, I discovered a puncture hole in the roof that was absolutely not there during the test drive. Shockingly, the puncture is the exact same size as the broken keys I was just handed, strongly suggesting the damage occurred while the car was left in the dealership's custody. While one manager on duty eventually stepped in to help address the key issue, the overall communication, rushed paperwork, unfulfilled repair timeline, and sudden vehicle damage made this a terrible experience. I was expecting strict quality control and high standards from a Toyota, but the total failure of basic quality management here is completely unacceptable.”
