“We are from out of country and had doubts about our tires/tire pressure sensors. We didn't have an appointment and were hoping to have a check of what was going on. Jacquelyn O. was extremely helpful and understanding about our situation. Within an hour or so we were able to leave the dealership totally confident our vehicle & tires were OK. I had a great service rep (Erica) As soon as I walk through the door she greeted me allow me to go on and on about The issues I was having with my truck and how it was pulling to the right ( thinking that I may only need an alignment And oh yes I definitely needed an alignment but she also explained and showed me how my tires were becoming dry rotted she did a great evaluation and offered me several options including possible payment plan if needed. The parts that I needed were order that day and by 2 pm The next day I rolled out of the Ford dealership with new tires and alignment ! I love my truck and I'm a proud Ford family member . FYI: I live on the West Bank but formally from Mandeville and was a loyal banner Ford customer driving an hour there and back to get service but due to the emergency issue I was having with the tires I had gone to the Harvey location and needless to say I now feel that I don't have to drive so far to receive great service thanks Erica for winning me over.
