I’m giving this review a 2.5 , cause Udi was very sweet & he tried his hardest, but the finance manager Marissa 👎🏽 . When they had me fill out the Credit application I was sitting there for two hours waiting for a response, When they finally came with an answer, the finance manager had said my application didn’t go through. If I had a cosigner I had then said my mom can cosign she was being very rude and had told me that She was trying to see if she can get me approved for a Honda Civic. I had then told her I already have a Honda Civic and the salesman knows. I am looking for an SUV to accommodate my mother-in-law who had a stroke two years ago and I need a bigger car for her wheelchair and to get her in a car she then said to me with an attitude well Honda Civic‘s are more big now so that’s all we can do for you with your credit. You will never get an SUV. I then looked at her and said to her you cannot tell me that I can never get something that I want. She then got up and told me if I wanted to have my mom cosign they can send her an email I have told the salesman. I’m gonna have my mom cosign, but there was no need for her to speak to me like that. I am a customer the next day I had waited for a call and I went and called and she then told me that my mom was approved, but the payments for the vehicle was still high. I told her I cannot afford that. I had then told her what I can afford. She had then mentioned all these cars that I had already seen and did not like she then proceeded to say that I was picky. I had then told her you’re not the one paying for the car I am I have to be comfortable in a car. I’m the one paying for it. I’m the one riding it so I should be able to pick the car that I want not the car that you want and if that’s me being picky, so be it cars are not cheap cars are very expensive. I’m not gonna just settle for a car that I’m not gonna be happy with. I will never go back to liberty Honda ever again and I will not recommend anybody over there. they were no help especially Marissa from finance.

Service person Chloe was great and very helpful! Brought my new to me, used Accord here for an inspection. Was very pleased with their service and communication. Sent me a video of the things they did and what I might need done and explained it further when I arrived. The free shuttle service saved me money on Uber too. Will be bringing my car here for now on.

I was experiencing issues with my car and brought it in for a full diagnostic. Unfortunately, my service advisor, Nelly Jusriniano, was very unprofessional in her level of service. My car was kept overnight, and when I returned the next morning to pick it up, she did not thoroughly explain the diagnostic results. She spoke very quickly and only stated the total cost without properly reviewing the condition of my vehicle. Most concerning, she did not inform me that my car had no oil in it. I only discovered this after reviewing the paperwork myself. She simply handed me my keys and said my car was out front, without ensuring I understood the condition of my vehicle or what immediate actions were necessary. When I asked if an oil change could be done, since this critical issue had not been clearly explained to me, she told me she could not assist with that. As a result, I had to call my boyfriend to come and change the oil for me. There was no sense of care, urgency, or professionalism in how my situation was handled. I understand that part of her job is to discuss repairs and costs, but I expected clear communication, proper guidance, and basic customer care. Instead, I felt rushed, uninformed, and unsupported. I was even left unsure of where my car was located. This experience was unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as serious as the safety and condition of my vehicle.

While recently purchasing a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid, I felt very comfortable working with my sales consultant, Udi, and the sales manager, Caitlin. They were friendly and professional and did not apply undue pressure on me to buy the Civic I had test driven. I explained that I wanted to think over the offer they had made for the car I was trading in (an Accord with high miles) and decide between the two colors I was considering: dark gray or dark blue. After thinking it over for a few days, I contacted them to relay my choice. Finalizing the sale went quickly from that point forward. We selected a day and time for me to pick up the new car, and they relayed the materials I would need to bring. When I picked up the new car, everything went smoothly, and once again, I was not put under any pressure to purchase the various extended warranties that some dealerships aggressively push, which can sour the process. In short, I was very pleased with my car-buying experience at Liberty Honda and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely return in four years when it’s time to purchase my next Honda.

This was a seamless buying experience! I was looking to update my 13 Accord and I came in to check out the 25 Prologue. Rob was so kind and patient with me. He knew all the vehicle specs so well and was able to answer all of my questions. I told him I was looking for an affordable payment and he told me of all the rebates and loyalty rebate as well. I came from another dealership, called Rob and he said Jess not only can we price match but get you into a better trim. I ended up getting a higher trim for the same payment (w/ my negative equity by the way) so I was so glad. So definitely ask them to price match for you. I came in to pick up the car and the process was so seamless. I was afraid it was going to be long or complicated but in just a few hours I waked away with my new car. I texted Rob about my questions about the app and he responds right way. This was my best experience at a dealership. Thank you guys so much for price matching me into a better vehicle! I am loving my Prologue.
