“Car shopping to begin with is not fun. It was a dreadful week. I did have some hiccups when I Initially came to Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen. Had an overly aggressive sales person to deal with briefly. I walked out and away twice but here's where things changed. Other staff followed up with me several times. They wanted my business they ensured me they'd beat all the deals I had been given elsewhere. Once I met up with the right sales team members, Joseph Mata along with his finance and management team members made everything smooth and simple. My best advice is maybe don't walk into Chatlie Clark's larger dealerships....find one of his smaller ones. Here there isn't as much commotion going on-- you might miss all the extras that happen at one of Charlie's larger dealerships but you get all the attention versus distraction. Quick and quiet, smooth and simple. Dont get me wrong the distractions at any large Clark facility are pretty good. Especially when waiting an entire day to buy or several hours for auto service. Um yeah I had plenty of time to people watch, many waited a few hours for service on their cars but they are popular for a reason. The deal can't be beat! With the right sales team you can have a decent experience or a great experience. The only downside in sales is the possibility of getting some not so transparent aggressive, deceitful salesmen but I've heard Charlie say on his live videos he doesn’t want that for his company so do your best to reach out to him or his right hand man on his live social media events. Overall, and after everything Im pleased thus far I chose Charlie Clark Nissan.”

“Excellent staff , nice , friendly and helpful. I'm a disabled veteran who has Parkinson's. My truck is my only transportation that takes me the VA and doctors appointments. I dropped off my 2018 Nissan Frontier for service. I didn't have a ride home so the staff was nice enough to drop me off and also picked me up when my truck was ready. Awesome staff .
