“The team at Audi of Hilton Head is stupendous!!! Dylan the Sales Manager has a great team and made the deal happen! Xavier is a great Sales Advisor and very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The deal wrapped up with Ron in finance making it as easy as 1 2 3 with no smoke or mirrors. The whole time made sure I got this done in a timely fashion as I live out of town and was on my way out of state to visit. I give the team a 12 out of 10!!! I have purchased many vehicles from this auto mall since 2010 and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had here and the 1st at the Audi branch. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend anyone who is looking to give Dylan's team the 1st shot at sending you home with your new AUDI!!!”

“I had an exceptional experience with Adison, my Audi Service Consultant, during a vehicle emergency. I came in with a flat tire and a lot of concern, but Adison immediately handled the situation with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
Despite a fully booked service schedule, Adison went above and beyond to work me in and ensure my car was taken care of promptly. In just two hours, the tire was replaced and balanced, and my car was even detailed, which was an unexpected and much appreciated touch.
Adison’s calm demeanor, efficiency, and commitment to customer service truly made a stressful situation feel effortless. I am so grateful for the outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Adison, for turning my emergency into such a positive experience. Highly recommend!”

“The positive - staff was friendly. Buyer beware!! My husband surprised me by driving us the 111 miles to this Audi dealership to buy me a 2015 TT convertible for my upcoming 50th birthday. Sweet man! However, within one week of owning it, I discovered several electrical issues involving the radio, air conditioner/heating (doesn’t work!), and the glass rear window is separating from the top. We contacted the dealership via phone and email about the fact they sold us a car for $16k that needed $10k in repairs. No one answered the phone, called us back, nor answered our emails. I got my local Audi dealership involved - they were ignored. I contacted the national Audi headquarters - they too were ignored. I drove the car from March to August; it died in my driveway 2 weeks after my actual birthday. I just want Audi Hilton Head to make it right. They knew they were selling a car that needed $10k in repairs. Why would a supposedly reputable company sell a car in that condition? I didn’t think a luxury car dealership would be a slimy, shyster used car dealership. Is there no accountability, no honor?”

“My wife and I came all the way from GA to buy a particular low mileage car they had and we are very happy with our purchase.
Kyler, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager Andrew, and finance team Curtis and Ron, were professional and made the deal happen as agreed.
The dealership was spotless and looked great. I would recommend others to give them a chance to earn your business.”
