“I hadn’t purchased a new vehicle in 22 years and absolutely dreaded what I thought would be a painful process. I wanted a 2026 white Grand Highlander Nightshade. I initially started my search with a dealership in my home state of Maryland. Because they didn’t have what I wanted coming in anytime soon, they kept trying to talk me into other model Grand Highlander’s on their lot. Thankfully my son found exactly what I was looking for planned to ship to Hanover Toyota. I sent an email and sales representative Todd Goldstein reached out quickly. He let me know that I was first to express interest in the vehicle so I met him at the dealership the next day. He was a great guy to work with, as was Ed Dominguez that discussed vehicle warranties, etc. With just my signature, I would get first dibs on looking over the the vehicle, test driving and purchasing. Todd provided updates from when the vehicle build was completed to arrival at the dealership, which was actually a full week early!! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the people I worked with at Hanover Toyota. Highly recommend!!”

The next day - I realized I forgot something in my old car- Luanne was very accommodating to help me pick it up- Luanne is outstanding, great communicator, and works to please her customers.
