“Easy to make appointment. On time with dropoff, greeted me by name. And drove me to work with the complimentary shuttle. And came and picked me up when the Truck was ready after the oil change.
Good prices. And you get premium service for a good deal. Plus the maintenance is well documented if you have a warranty with them.
I highly recommend based off of my experiences.”

“Bought my son in to get his car here and the salesman showed him a few cars that were in his budget. When we got in finance , Edgar took his time with the paperwork so my son understood his big purchase and made it a great experience. He was very professional and felt at ease with my son’s big purchase. Thank you Edgar and the team at Keller ford.
Gracias por todo.”

“I always feel very awkward at that shop. The first guy doesn’t want to be bothered and the second person doesn’t explain anything. I don’t mean to be rude. I scheduled service two weeks ago. The service was completed. I was not told service was completed please wait until we call you for your payment. I had to walk up to first service person’s desk who was looking at me shaking his head no, I assume because his part was over. I then said my car is back out in the parking lot, is it completed? He stated yes, wait for the other service person to call you. By this time my eyes were giving dirty looks. I was quoted $350.00 for service, so I figured I’d pay anywhere from $365.00 to maybe $400.00 the service was not explained, I brought car in for transmission fluid change. I was told it was $418.00 I then spoke up and said I was quoted $350.00, can you explain why it’s $418.00? First service guy then said let me refigure bill, then they charged me $278.00.
It’s always just a weird and awkward vibe. I’d even go as far to say unfriendly. Thank you for the discount. I do appreciate that.”

“Dave returned the vehicle with 2 flat tires (1 front driver, 1 back passenger) after service. We got it towed and dropped off the day prior with 4 inflated tires. I pointed out the flat tires and mentioned they were inflated during dropoff. He told us
"oh, how strange! is there a tack or something?".
After that statement, he drove it back in shop to fill the tires up. When he came back, he explained it was the valve caps and how they’re bad, when I’ve never had a situation with the caps.
After the situation, I went inside to request an inspection sheet, and apparently the sheet says there's been a multi-point inspection. I find this to be full of crap. If there was an all-around inspection, how don't you notice a flat tire on the driver side especially before entering the vehicle? the flat on the back passenger, and how don’t you notice the difference when driving on 2 flats?
Inspection sheet mentions Multi-Point Inspection was performed? but David wants to return the vehicle with 2 flat tires.”

“BEST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Arwin was amazing. Professional. Efficient. Pleasant. I cannot speak highly enough about how well this went and how easy it was. We did most of the business electronically and by phone/text. When I went to Keller to trade-in my vehicle and get my new vehicle, I was only there about 20 minutes tops. I was expecting two hours.
And I love my new vehicle.”
