“Service was great, timely and easy to use: Very professional, only thing I would suggest that after the services are completed the car should be cleaned a little better for pick up. There was a dried whitish / gray chalky residue on the seat and floor mat. Just needs a little more attention to detail after service. I wiped it down. Took a little warm soapy water and minor elbow grease to get it off. It was anything bad. But you should have a supervisor do a once over before the car is done and returned to the customer. Thanks. “So as a first time buyer for West Herr and an online special order for my 26 Maverick Lobo I can say im very thankful for Zach Hyman. He was the guy that helped cut a good trade in deal on my previous maverick for my new one. Locked me in at a good interest rate and gave me a rough idea on what my payments would be looking like by loan term. I appreciate the help and caring attitude Zach has. I had an issue with the truck which wasnt horrific but I had a add on to my special order being illuminated badges. I noticed it wasnt illuminating the night I drove my truck to work, I was on the assumption that it either wasnt working or it didn't get hooked up right. Unfortunately I presumed the wrong idea and thought I paid for something I didnt recieve which wasn't the case. I didn't understand that when I added it to the order that it was a dealer installed add on. So I give my condolences on my part for now understanding that. Again first time order online and buyer so im now getting used to the process. Long story short Zach helped me get scheduled in and got the new badge installed. He looked like he felt bad about the whole thing but I understand how busy it can be and get sidetracked but to make up for it he was kind and thoughtful enough to hand me a complimentary West Herr Josh Allen cup and to top off the gas tank for me. I cant be anymore thankful for his commitment on being a supportive salesman and team player. I give credit where it belongs to Zach and the crew at West Herr.
